For broad questions related to Beancount and core parts of its ecosystem, Beancount Google Groups may be a good place to direct the question, as well as this matrix chat for Fava. For specific libraries, also check out issues in relevant repositories. I have also created a matrix chat in test mode for quick questions related specifically to Lazy Beancount.
